OUR PROMISE & MEMBER GUARANTEE

At ADR we promise that all parts are fitted correctly and are suitable for purpose. All parts supplied carry specific manufacturers warranties which apply for a specific number of kilometres or period of time. We also take our obligations and guidelines that we are governed to follow very seriously. We follow the guidelines of the VACC A Grade and RACV as listed below.

VACC A Grade products service & warranty

    • ADR must act in a professional and eithical manner in all their dealings with customers
    • ADR must provide customers, where requested, with a written estimate prior to commencement of work
    • In the event that the cost of the repair work is likely to exceed the estimate by 10%, ADR will seek express authorisation from the customer
    • ADR will not commence repairs without authorisation from the customer or agent.
    • Where ADR has supplied and fitted new parts, ADR will warrant to the customer, the effectiveness of the repair for no less than 3 months or a minimum 5,000km from the completion of the repair
    • Where ADR has supplied and fitted reconditioned or second hand parts, ADR shall warrant the parts are of merchantable quality and warrant their workmanship for no less that 3 months or 5,000km from the date of the completion of the repair

RACV Service Guarantee

  • ADR will maintain the highest standards of quality and professionalism
  • ADR guarentees the effectiveness of their repairs under normal opertaing conditions for twelve (12) months or 20,000kms, whichever occurs first
  • Upon request, ADR will provide a written estimate of repair costs for labour and materials
  • In the event that the cost of the repair work is likely to exceed the estimate by 10%, ADR will seek express authorisation from the Member immediatly once the increase is known
  • ADR will perform their duties with honesty and integrity
  • ADR will continually strive to improve the quality of their services to RACV Members
